“I love my job”
Current Employee – been working at First Presbyterian Church of Oceanside part-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great place to work and a terrific staff. We support each other.
Cons – Pay is not great but there's more to life than money!
Advice to Senior Management – It would be wonderful if we could get a small cost of living raise each year. I know must of us love working here but a small monetary increase would give us all a small boost.
