Great opportunities to follow your aspirations and chart your own path. Lot of opportunities in the regional divisions which means lot of growth.

The money is good but can definitely be better. They should ideally benchmark their salaries as per industry averages which should be good.

They should look at more dedicated marketing channels and target students much more effectively. That should help their cause for sure.

Share or post job opportunities for other company divisions and regions with employees so they can have the opportunity to advance their career. Be more fair with offering optional (charter) jobs to all locations within a region to allow more equitable earnings.

I learned many new programs. I was in many programs and earned numerous achievements and honor awards. I managed many projects with in each class.

some people did not do their own work and received credit. In addition some of my group members did not participate in the assignment and still received the same grade.

The people were just so nice and everyone was really great to work with. Kickball games were so fun too!

Sometimes it was really cold in the building. I didn't always feel like I had a lot of responsibility and that was hard.

Please allow more responsibility and please turn up the heat! it was so cold and made it hard to work.
