    Pros

    It was a nice atmosphere. People are nice. It tended to stick with teams/departments so you mostly socialise within your team. When I first started there there was a lot more fun involved. The roles were interesting.

    Cons

    Multitasking was taken to another level here. It was good that you could try out different parts of a role but it wasn't always clear what your role was. The lack of HR made it difficult as did the constant changes as to who your manager was.

    Advice to Management

    Consistency, clear role descriptions. Obvious progression routes. Keep the fun alive, makes for happy campers. Try to encourage more integration between teams.
