    Pros

Good place to work, people are nice and they really care about their employees and their work/life balance. Ok schedule sometimes needed to stay over time and they made it easy if you had an emergency and needed to be absent.

    Cons

Growth is a little hard because they make you stay in a position for six months minimum, usually went by tenured when any growth opportunity arose. Salary isn't great, i can say it is a little under the average compared to other institution due to all your job functions. Undergoing a lot of change and making things a little harder, also there are many trainings you have to go and take tests every so often.

    Advice to Management

Update technology very old fashion and system usually crashes making many of their clients unhappy.

    Pros

Benefits are pretty good, salary is competitive, and lots of training is provided. Good opportunities for advancement within the organization.

    Cons

Lots of responsibilities if you are in a management position, projects, projects, projects on top of everything else. You will be taking work home with you!

    Advice to Management

Managers are put in positions to run their branches. Allow them to succeed or fail. Better to learn from your own mistakes than to be constantly micro managed.
