    Pros

    ??? I did receive a promotion while working there but only because I worked my butt off and my direct supervisor didn't want to train anyone for the job.

    Cons

    Disorganized and they basically stole my car from me. I had to travel with my position and it was EVERYDAY travel and mileage reimbursement was $.38 in 2014!! Unbelievably disorganized, no method of training people and keeping track of patient accounts is complicated so it was always a confused mess. Management is unapproachable, gossip is an everyday activity, unprofessional, low pay...You name it!

    Pros

    You get paid to be there.

    Cons

    There is no bathroom in the Lake Katrine office. The bonus/insurance package is too expensive for the hourly pay. Starting pay is above minimum wage but unlivable, and frankly insulting. Management spends a lot of time trying to catch employees on their cell phones, despite blatantly texting behind their desks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase the hourly pay if you want your employees to perform quality work. Spend more time on training.

    Casual environment, great coworkers, matrix (pay per claim)

    Cons

    Endless overtime despite management's continued promises it will alleviate. Most supervisors are unapproachable due to billing and reports. Available supervisors are clearly overwhelmed.

    Look buying the goals and numbers and treat your employees like assets!

    Pros

    Make up your own schedule. Haven't been there 90 days so I can't speak on the benefits as of yet. But hopefully I won't be there that long.

    Cons

    Boring as hell. To much downtime Gossip Place Supervisor will bad mouth you would not recommend currently looking. Will hire anyone. Have a training class each Monday with 12+ people. My training class started off with 12 now down to 5. And everyone is looking for a job.

    recruitment hires anyone without concern for their qualifications

    Cons

    refused to give me a schedule when I let HR know I had my annual oncolgy scans due and would need to leave work early twice for medical reasons. Would not give a cancer victim permission to get scans done but keeps and gives hours to employees that verbally abuse instuctors, make threats to fellow employees, and cheat on Verizon exams. When I informed HR of the hostile work environment, recruitment ignored the concerns and continue to allow workplace abuse. Will be reporting to Osbudman and Verizon Corporate.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Treat employees with humanity, if a cancer victim needs scans done give support not throw them out for seeking medical care. Unhuman. Develope a zero tolerance policy towards workplace violence of any degree. Hire recruitment personal that will actually do their job and interview people before hiring and show respect to Verizon by hiring quality...not quantity...employees.
