Refreshing change

Account Executive (Current Employee)

I have been working at Fiserv full-time for less than a year

ProsGreat leadership. Strategic, committed and supportive. This company knows how to deliver and meet the markets demands.

ConsFast paced and growing ... No slackers allowed here. You will get lost. Slackers should stick with the failing competing companies . You know who they are, with their debt and shrinking market share.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good job building solid career environments in the financial services industry.

Lots to look forward to

Systems Analyst (Current Employee)

I have been working at Fiserv full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGreat work life balace. Strategy focused on meeting commitments to customers. Fiserv is an innovative technology leader in the banking industry. Tremendous potential to write your own ticket at Fiserv. They are focused on having the right people in the right positions. Other companies I've worked for keep people in positions simply because they have been there for a long time. Not Fiserv. They will make changes to benifit the employees and the customers long term. Change is hard for some people so this is not always a positive but for me

ConsHealth care benifits could be improved.

A Fiserv Fan- In it to win it!

Vice President (Current Employee)
Saint Louis, MO

I have been working at Fiserv full-time for less than a year

ProsFiserv is a company that cares about its people and the future. It is innovative and not afraid to take risks, even if it hurts. The upper management is approachable and sincere, and kind of funny too :). The staff is nice and comitted to success. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Thank you! I am a Fiserv Fan!

ConsEveryone doesn't see it the way I do. All kidding aside, all companies have Cons, structure required for a large organization can be a good thing and can also be a bad thing. You have to know how to ask the right questions and be persistant in getting what you need.

Advice to Senior ManagementShare more of the good things. Take the time to celebrate, involve everyone in the process of success as well as the success itself. Feeling like you were involved in the success makes the win taste so much sweeter!

For an entry level job no one should be complaining

Inbound Fraud Prevention (Former Employee)

I worked at Fiserv full-time for more than a year

ProsFlexible shift options, above minimum wage, easy, get your own desk, great cafeteria, lots of PTO, nice supervisors, great for experience, opportunity to move up in the company

ConsLots of kids fresh out of high school, supervisor "cliques" (harmless but annoying)

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees a little more and hire people with experience to cut down on the turnover rate.
