Pros
It is a good feeling helping people get signed up for a gym membership and forming relationships with new customers on a daily basis
Cons
Communication between the owner and the employees is almost non-existent. It is a "what have you done for me today" atmosphere where nothing matters unless you make sales.
Advice to Senior Management
Offer real opportunities for advancement instead of constantly promising "good things to come" and never delivering on any of those promises. Actually listen to your workers and reward them for loyalty and hard work.
