“The people are the best thing about this company.”
Current Employee – been working at Flare Industries Inc
Pros – The people. They are very nice, friendly and genuine. People will always help you out if you ask. It is a family business and it has that atmosphere about it. The recent addition to senior management is very experienced and shows clear and strong leadership qualities that until recently were absent in the pertinent department.
Cons – Training of new staff is poor. This is currently being improved upon but in my personal experience, training has not been satisfactory. The company is actutely under-staffed and this is reflected in the workload.
Advice to Senior Management – Give the recent addition to the team free hand to make the necessary changes. He has the respect of the team and the changes made have been widely welcomed.
