    Pros

Has some good leaders in the support area.

    Cons

Company appears to be facing some serious economic conditions as it laid off a large number of people from its Mobixell Networks acquisition in June 2014.

    Advice to Management

Needs to figure out what it wants to be instead of acquiring companies to buy customers.

Work from home in the U.S.

Nice extras such as employee Christmas and birthday gifts
Challenging environment and exciting rapidly changing industry.

    Cons

Work/life balance can be tougher because of the customer demands.

    Pros

    - Great technical engineers. Great place to learn and share information with other engineers.
    - Working with cutting edge technologies.
    - Working from home.

    Cons

    - Formalized training is non-existent.
    - Direct management is hot-headed and childish and treat their people badly.
    - No compensation for the work that you do. Bonuses are a joke.
    - Company consistently over promises and under delivers to the customer.
    - Engineers are burned out often working 80-120 hours per week with no compensation.
    - Working from home. Company expects you to be at their beckon call 24/7
    - No quality of life and management doesn't care.

    Advice to Management

    - Hire more people. You are killing the people who are there.
    - Send you managers to management training. They need to learn to be leaders.
    - Managers need training in crisis management. Their "sky-is-falling" mentality tends to fall on deaf ears after a while.

I was not fired or laid off. I quit because I had enough. No matter how much you work and how much you accomplish, you are never appreciated for the work that you do.

Lots of opportunities in high tech segment and working all over the place. Nice people to work with.

    Cons

Flawfull mgmt and not honest or just not enough knowlegde off business. Missing integrity.

    Advice to Management

Mgmt should maybe have some more training on how to build solid forecast, risk mitigation and business execution plan and lear about integrity.
