    I worked at Flat Out Crazy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    It's a job, the food is fresh and fairly good.

    Cons

    The company cares less about quality and more about how they can make the most money.

    Listen to the input of employees.

    I have been working at Flat Out Crazy

    Pros

    Pleasant atmosphere, with personable co-workers , respectful management and great , but inconsistent , food.

    Cons

    Poor scheduling with too many employees on the floor , unfair tip out policy, poorly organized work stations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reward employees that go above and beyond with positive verbal feed back as well as employee incentive programs.

    great healthy fresh food
    friendly upbeat urban atmosphere with casual feel
    emphasis on personalized guest service
    good employee benefits
    plenty of opportunities for advancement
    small company on the rise

    Cons

    large time commitment
    hard to manage work/life balance
    ridiculous focus on keeping labor cost as low as possible
    spotty quality control
    lack of training for the job
    high managerial turnover

    Give people the necessary development to drive desired results
    Open the doors of communication
    Break up some of the cliques within the company
    Get back to the old methods of leading with respect and support
