I have been working at FleetPride full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Growth is off the chart. The company has a lot of talent leading it, there are powerful resources behind it, and if I was a competitor I would be scared.

    Cons

Lots of transition! If you don't have the stomach, or are afraid to get dirty this is not for you. This is a company with direction but lots of projects, initiatives, and super high expectations..it is not for the faint of heart.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay the course, not all decisions will be popular but focus on what's best for the company and not any individual agenda. Change is needed, turnover in some roles is needed, don't second guess just do it.

    Pros

This company has tons of head room for anyone that is looking to grow with a company. They also have over 250 locations throughout the U.S. The company is interested in growth and improvement, and it is very evident.

    Cons

Many people that are new to the company clashing witht the seasoned vet's. This can sometimes make for an us against them mindset.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel that a better job could be done settinfg a clear definition of what it takes to be a FletPride employee. This company is composed of many smaller companies that have been rolled into FleetPride locations. Along with this comes many good/ bad habbits. Not enough time is spent training what it takes to be a sucessfull FleetPride employee.

    Pros

easy money, easy production, worked their for a year as a temporary employee and never had any problems if you want to get hired on though forget that dream management is constantly changing including the director of the building but if you don't let that get you down overall good place to work

    Cons

constant changing of management and literally daily changes in procedures they're about 20 years behind trying real hard to catch up but any employees with experience or who could make a difference are not only not recognized they're temps

I have been working at FleetPride full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Personal growth is what I had here the most. I learned how to effectively communicate to non-technical audiences and present actionable analyses.

    Cons

Lack of advanced analytic tools; the manual, timely processes hinders our progress. Many of us has put in our ideas for improvement to IT; however, because of the many timely projects, our requests may take months to years until they are played out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn the processes in and out before you jump into decisions. We have many ideal superstructures without a strong foundation.
