    Pros

The President of the SF office is a great leader and great guy. i think the SF offices has one of the best cultures
-Advancement is attainable depending on what side of the business you are on
    -Competitive salary
-Most of the Partners are pretty great

    Cons

It's very "AGENCY" i.e. a respectable turn-over rate, some corporate "go-getters" that clearly only care about their advancement, sometimes very frigid attitude for organizational change

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work towards implementing changes based on honest employee feedback from the ground up; it will improve efficiency and effectiveness of collaborative teams

    Pros

Big clients, "You must enter at least 5 words for Pros." <-- gimme a break.

    Cons

Promotions/Raises are rare for low levels. You'll get a title change every year, but dont expect a raise, and if you do get one dont expect much. Christmas bonuses are a joke, its only about $100 per person. They seem to hire a lot of pretty faces who dont know what they're talking about. For some reason they hire a lot of people to do this "social media monitoring" thing. Those people think their jobs are important, but they sit around talking about TV shows and weddings all day and barely do any work. Pretty annoying.

    Pros

My time at FH was overall a good learning experience. As a creative intern, I was able to work on projects for big corporate clients and gain experience with the technical side of sharing creative assets. I worked with teams and senior-level creatives to cultivate design solutions while adhering to strict brand standard guidelines, an important skill that I will apply to jobs for the rest of my career. FH also had fun extras for interns including information sessions on skill sets and aspects of FH, weekly snacks, monthly birthday celebrations, and other random rewards.

    Cons

At times I felt like a design secretary. This is not a place for someone who is really looking to grow creatively. They want you to do the bare minimum, bill the maximum, and move on. No time to fuss with details or explore solutions. Art directors spoke negatively of each other behind backs and couldn't agree on creative direction. My creative intern coordinator did not even have a final meeting with me as my internship ended.

    Pros

The work is challenging, the people are smart and the support is amazing! It is transforming itself into a more integrated communications firm.

    Cons

As large as FH is, they do not spend money on their employees. Billable work is the driving force.

    Pros

Great people!! I have never worked for a team as close and collaborative as this one. Awesome to be in a place where a good idea can come from anywhere.

    Cons

Don't pay enough for the hours worked. Good health benefits, but lack in childcare if they want us to work the long hours. They don't give incentives for bringing in new business, just a pat on the back. Also, the Christmas bonus needs to be looked at again...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't wait to give people incentives to stay until review time once a year. Celebrate the culture of people more.

People were friendly and helpful, and I was able to gain a lot of insight by meeting many office people during my internship.

    Cons

    Great place

Former Employee - Senior Account Executive in Miami, FL

    Pros

The Miami office mainly focused on US Hispanic Work and work within Latin America, so if you are looking for experience in those areas you will get it! They do have a great client roster for US Hispanic work .

    Cons

Management team was not too keen on basic tools such as Cision for media list building and outreach. They also did not have any metrics in place for the accounts that I was working on. Found this a bit strange as they also did not have a formula for calculating impressions for coverage.
