Pros – Good working ethos with good collegiate environment. Competent leadership and excellent knowledge sharing both vertically and horizontally. Generally an excellent place to work.

Cons – There is little to fault in terms of working at FZWZ. The hours are reasonable and as a relatively junior member of staff you are provided with opportunities to become involved in quality legal work. Remuneration arguably falls short compared with other law firms.

Advice to Senior Management – The management provided fostered an excellent working environment and treated their employees extremely well and ensured they felt valued. I would encourage the leadership to keep up the high standard.

Pros – Culture. Everyone is happy to be a part of this company. It helps when you have an interest in their success.

Cons – Everyone is too focused on the bottom dollar. It sometimes can hurt deadlines and morale for all team members. Watch out.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep focused on the tasks at hand. It is easy to get off focus especially when you make so much money.

Pros – The firm has a good mentoring program for professional staff, and appreciative superiors. The benefit package, salary, bonus and time off are very competitive. There is a cooperative and intelligent staff, the staff housed in centrally located offices.

Cons – There is no help desk , word processing department, in-house support staff or support staff rotation list for situations requiring assistance outside a normal work day.

Advice to Senior Management – Make cost effective changes through analysis of each and every department; create administrative procedures accurately reflected in written job descriptions; hire and retain experienced personnel in your industry.
