    Great internship to start my career!

    ProsFlextronics provided a great culture and challenged me to succeed. They provided me with higher level work and allowed me to excel.

    ConsThey are working with a very small margin so it was sometimes long hours to work with the budget with decent pay. The full time employees worked even longer hours as well.

    Territory Manager

    Prostruthfully it was the management team i loved. we were all friends and it was just easy and happy I woke up happy to go to work everyday. I loved the fast pace of sales. the freedom was just great.

    Consi hated all the convention crap. I am terrible at public speaking and just did not want to do it at all. everyday conference calls that were pointless and stupid

    Advice to Senior Managementdon't micromanage your managers !

    ConsThe only con is the fact that you could lose the contract you're working on. That is what happened to me but I cannot blame Flex for that.
