Pros – You are given the freedom and encouraged to express your ideas and creative side. Very supportive faculty. Fun working environment. Great people, always ready to help and always happy.
Cons – Not always a glamorous job. Going out to remote sites in the everglades, but that's where the research was conducted. Pay could use and increase, but everyone thinks that about every job. There isn't many cons to working at FIU.
