    Pros

    - Opens seven days a week from 7:00 am to 6:00 am.
    - A wide range of products with different brands related with Electric company.

    Cons

Difficult to work with some cow-workers, not a great pay and the boss that's not have a good fundamental education in their life.... Sometimes scream at cow-worker even if you made a little mistake and the customers notice it when they are going to buy their products......The conclusion is, "it doesn't matter how much money do you have in your pocket, always treat your cow-worker with respect even if they are not your family because they are humans being"

    Pros

Great benefits (you work for the state)

    Cons

Set in it's ways, very hard to see change or try and make changes. Most employees have been there for 10+ years so everyone gets a bit lazy and it is very hard to get things done.

    Advice to Management

Bring in more proactive leaders and establish a better "team-playing" work environment.

    Pros

This place pay their employees very well. You can make a living from Disney in any of the occupation that you apply for its rewarding at the end of the day. You will smile knowing you made someone happy from what ever you did that day.

    Cons

Working with animals I don't know it would not be me but if you are an animal lover this will help be a rewarding experience for you and the family that visit the parks.

    Advice to Management

    None at all.

  7. It's not the best job

I have been working at Florida International University part-time

    Pros

Helping the students is a plus, but the faculty is a little hot-headed and difficult to work with. Some members are just down-right rude if you aren't from where they are from.

    Cons

If you don't know Spanish expect to be left out of a lot of office conversations. To be fair, my department is very small, so the people that I work with, I just don't click with.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved with workers. Sometimes I sit at my cubicle with nothing to do for hours. It makes me really not like working here, but then again, I can't complain because I have a job. So there's that.

    Pros

Great environment - but must have PhD to work - an MBA is no longer enough.

    Cons

Adjuncts do not get any benefits ... there was discussion but it stayed as discussion

    Pros

Great campus, vibrant and growing community. Students from all around the world. Staff is usually helpful too. College of business is getting into better rank positions every year

    Cons

You have to have a car to get there, public transportation is not good; the cost of living in the city is expensive and there are not many options for housing around too

    Advice to Management

They should focus on improving their sports investment overall as a way to attract attention and funding. They should also invest more in academic research and bring scholars well known in their fields
