Pros
Great work environment that has very low stress. It is located in downtown West Palm Beach, FL. The benefits are reasonable as are the hours. There is a mellow and friendly atmosphere. The history on the company is very interesting.
Cons
They recently laid off their engineering staff so I am not sure of the environment currently. They pay really low for an engineering position.
Advice to Senior Management
I think that they should not have laid off employees so quickly after the company was purchased though I am not sure of their plans so perhaps it was necessary. They should pay staff better.
