    Pros

When you get fully aware of what you are doing things just come together.

    Cons

They will firer you over anything don't make a mistake. The customer is always right even if they are wrong. Your side of the story don't matter. Till you get a lawyer

    Advice to Management

People make mistakes you chimpanzees . Need to get some heart and stop worrying about your TSA scores all the time. To look good on paper is not the same as reality. The company is still rotten at the end of the day

    Pros

Good to get your tanker experience at first. But not for long term

    Cons

You work long hours for little pay. 12 hours a day/60 hours a week hauling hazardous chemicals and get paid just about minimum wage or slightly over

    Advice to Management

Currently work for Florida Rock & Tank Lines. You work long hours for little pay. 12 hours a day/60 hours a week hauling hazardous chemicals and get paid just about minimum wage or slightly over. Company has a very high turnover due to pay to drivers. If the drivers are the "Face of the Company" then why not take care of the drivers. The most important asset next to the customer is the Driver. The driver is the last person the customer see's. At the Wilmington North Carolina branch we have lost multiple drivers and more to go as time passes on. All seeking more pay and respect.
