    very helpful staff, involved in the community, paid internship

    Cons

    20 hours per week, may be difficult to balance with full-time classes and other part time jobs

    -Work/ Life balance is the best reason to work here
    -Benefits are still good, but being cut back
    -Most people are friendly
    -Low pressure environment

    Cons

    -Staff not compensated to outperform
    -Lots of mindless bureaucracy
    -Poor communication between units and people
    -Poor staff mentoring/development
    -Creativity not encouraged-stick to process/old way of doing things

    Pros

    The benefit package is insanely good. It is a small organization. The hours are flexible. There is not a lot of long hours or pressure which one might find in other shops.

    Cons

    The culture doesn't encourage mentoring or career building of rank and file.

    Encourage information sharing and mentoring of rank and file staff.
