Pros – Team building was a great idea to empower their participation in decisions.
Take home pay was superior to other companies with similar work.
Clean environment and many jobs are not physically demanding
Cons – Company was reducing hours which hurt week to week earning
12 hours is too long a shift.
Team building was limited by unsure scheduling
Management above lead and supervisors was by committee which caused confusion
Advice to Senior Management – Upper management and hands on management was pretty sound. Learn to listen to those doing the jobs down to the lowest level. They are the experts, not an engineer.

Pros – If one would compare working for F.N.G. to working for other companies. I would say that I've worked for four similar companies and F.N.G. wins hands down. Outside job associated training is provided. Hands on traing is also used.
Cons – Long hours 12 hr shift, which , not only in my opinion but has been proven to contribute to accidents.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop increasing management positions. You're top heavy already. Give the hourly people credit for something, rather than making them feel like their job is always in jepordy.
