    Pros

I don't have one good thing to say about this company. So I won't say anything.

    Cons

This company lies to its people, over and over again. Runs illegal logs on their drivers. Forcing them to drive or lose your job . The management sucks. Would not tell my dog about this job.

    Pros

    Cons

slave driven rush, rush, rush yet safety is preached if you get hurt you're on your on cause its on paper signed(sometimes) so dammed if you do and dammed if you don't. Pay for what is done by techs SUCKS for the expectation of you. Don't get me wrong I''m a firm believer of fair days work for fair days pay (lol) if you work shift an stuff goes array you are stuck!!!

    Advice to Management

don't have clicks(favorite workers) your shift workers are there to put out small fires not stay over and bail out days!!

    Pros

You can make your schedule (kind of)
It can be fun, and rewarding
Not all managers are bad people (mine had my back)

    Cons

I haven't received my equity check/last weeks worth of pay in over a month (sent to wrong address, and idk wtf they are waiting for)
Management is all over the place.
Poor communication between Dist. and Management
    Sometimes they micromanage your "business"
Sometimes you don't get paid, and shrink cant be explained all of the time.

    Advice to Management

Love your distributors, don't chain them up like dogs. Also get better distributor relations people.
