    Pros

Lots of hard-working, dedicated employees who value producing a superior work product. Co-workers go out of their way to help and support one another.

    Cons

A lot of difficulty with management, especially first line managers. A great deal of pressure for results, but they provide no support in reaching those goals.

    Advice to Management

It's fine to ask a great deal of your employees, but not without providing the support needed to actually meet goals.
