I have been working at Flyte Tool & Die

Companies such as Flyte Tool & Die are the backbone of employment in the United States. Emphasis seems to be placed on larger organizations when RFQ's are being awarded while much technological advancement is actually made in smaller organizations that do not restrict the imagination of employees.

Smaller organizations suffer from limited budgets and personnel to accomplish projects. There is a great need to find economies in all aspects of the business in order to meet customer goals. Work place needs will require the average employee to perform many functions which will vary from day to day unlike larger organizations that limit the employee to a given set of tasks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Small businesses are in the trenches of the business world providing innovation and ideas that support larger organizations. As the number of small businesses are reduced, our country is losing the knowledge and skills that supported the growth of our economy.
