I have been working at Focus: HOPE full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Pros are working with my co workers

    Cons

We are always being laid off because of shut downs, the last shut down was for three months & last year in 2014, we was off approxmately 5 months. We don't get paid for most holidays unless we use our paid holidays, the day before & the day after the holiday, but the employess that work in the office get paid holidays. We are being forced to work over time or you will be penalized. We never ever know what time we get off of work, we are told when to leave & go home everyday. And the pay is horrble!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would like to work the whole year, get paid holidays and receive a Christmas bonus like the workers do, that works in the office. Basically stop treating us like we are nothing & we do the hardest work.
