ProsGood atmostphere
Laid Back
Company sometimes buys lunch,
Training is ok.
Good for a someone who is going to school but remember you will owe at the end.

ConsMust agree to 1099 when going full time as a CSR. Uncle sam will slam you at the end of the year depending on how much you make.
Not putting in 40 hours a week. somtimes you will do 10-30. Slow months you will do about 20 hours.
no room to advance in company
Work all kinds of odd hours.. never a steady 9-5.
no retirement , no 401k, no profit sharing, no BENIFITS. CONTRACT WORKER.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou should take care of your workers and stop being cheap and hire full time with benifits.
