its very good to work with food world u will interact with many people and u can increase your speaking and listening skills.

If there is more customers on a day then u may be tired and u feel difficulty to work next day

they should recruit more casual people if there is more customers they can handle them more easily and every one can work stress free.

Pros

It's relatively easy to obtain a job and most of the cashiers are fun to work with once you get to know them.
You can learn good skills like customer service if you put your mind to it.
Great place to meet people from your hometown.
One of the few places that actually hires!

Cons

Most of the managers are great too but there are some things that the managers do which can be frustrating at times.
Some customers are very rude and management could take a more proactive approach to this.

Advice to Senior Management

Focus on occasionally getting feedback from cashiers and other staff. Observe more managerial decisions. Some of the decisions made by some of the managers can make work more stressful for the cashier and more unpleasant for the customer.
