    Sales Associate/Cashier (Current Employee)

ProsOther employees are very nice, the work is too demanding for the little pay.

    Good temporary job, learn basics

    Sales Associate (Former Employee)

ProsFairly easy job, good discounts, can make money with commission

ConsEven with commission checks can still be low if business happens to be slow for a few days. Management tends to be under qualified, some pressure on meeting sales quotas which can cause competition amongst coworkers. Dealing with annoying, overly picky customers

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to find a way to better encourage teamwork rather than competition amongst staff.

    No room for growth

    Store Manager (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsFun,friendly environment you meet a lot of celebrities the discount is pretty decent

ConsThe pay sucks...your base pay is a joke plus 1% commission which adds up to nothing if your in a low volume store.....the room for promotion is non existent unless you know someone with pull in the company

Advice to Senior ManagementPay your employees better wages and maybe your turnover rate and shrink wouldn't be so high
