Foot Locker Reviews
-
Pros
Cuting edge product with truly global brand. They KNOW retail and you will emerge with a grasp of the process. The brand is an icon.
Cons
It's not the place to stay and try to grow a career from scratch. You won't be compensated enough to really support a growing lifestyle in NYC. Opps for advancement are there if you're willing to try new departments. They reward loyality. If you stick around for 5 - 10 years, you may see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep up the good work. Be open to change and embrace diversity whole heartedly. Your consumers are evolving and your business will have to adapt to stay #1.
