    Pros

You get the opportunity to build your staff into being successful in driving sales that will not only help them at work, but also in life. You also get potential for bonuses

    Cons

You have to put in 45 hours a week, you have to take shifts where you open a close at times, and you don't get extra when doing overtime, and to get bonuses you have to hit store budget and personal budget just for the 45 hours you have to commit weekly.

I have been working at Foot Locker full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Cool environment, you become a family with your staff and have new experiences everyday. The company is competitive in a fun way.

    Cons

Not much room for growth and raises. Many associates are often stuck in the same place for long periods of time. Promotions take forever and raises never happen when we work hard. The pay pretty much sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more raises and increase base pay or commission

    Pros

The discount is the only thing that is great but purchasing work clothes really takes your checks so you're basically giving it back to your company this company is terrible.

The pay rate , dog eat dog company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's not really the managers. It's the district manager.
