    Pros

Decent discount and 50% off on employee appreciation day , which comes around like three times a year.

    Cons

Horrible pay for way too much responsibility. Promotions have to do with who you know and not what you know.

    Pros

The environment was great with great people. The interview was super easy and they asked the basic questions.

    Cons

Sometimes people who cam into the store were in a bad mood and you had to be nice to them even if they were rude to you.

    Advice to Management

I think that everything was ran pretty well and that it is a good company to work for if you are young.

I worked at Foot Locker (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Cons

Some managers are better than others. If you arent willing to put forth the effort you wont get hours.

I worked at Foot Locker part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Clean and fun environment. Customers want the product, so it's not too hard to sell to them. Manager was professional and fair. Since a lot of people don't plan to move up, if you really wanted to you could.

    Cons

Some of the workers were immature and seemed to just be a revolving door of new employees who weren't really interested in sticking around long. Kind of kept the culture stagnant, in that people were always learning the basics and not moving beyond that, which kind of became a grind.

    Advice to Management

Keep looking for the diamonds in the rough, because not too many people will want to sell shoes for the rest of their lives.
