    Pros

I can make my own schedule seeing as I'm the store manager and there is a great discount along with benefits.

I worked at Footaction full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Discount and first dibs on most sneaker releases.

    Cons

For a small pay, the benefits are almost not worth it. The hours are long and dragging, it consumes all your life. Impossible to go to school and work there full time while trying to balance out your bills. Expect not to have no family time or time for yourself.
