    Pros

Tight team composed of mostly technical people (consultants) in Salesforce space, so if you're not technical, you'll learn fast. I learned a lot on the job (lead generation, telemarketing, mass email), which i probably won't learn if i worked at a big company initially.

The best thing about this job is my manager. He was very hands-on, which enabled me to be self-sufficient in the job very quickly. Colleagues are friendly and helpful, so I got along with everybody well.

    Cons

Some days can be long and overwhelming esp. when there are issues with projects. When I got hired, there was growing demand, so they hired too many (wrong) people quickly, which caused some internal conflicts. Working in a small team means you have to pull your own weight. No room for slacking off, since everyone will notice. Some people are not pulling their weight, which demoralized a lot of people.

    Advice to Management

Reevaluate the entire hiring process to be able to get better people on staff. I admire the management for being hands-on, so keep it up.

    Pros

Pros: Great to be a part of a fast growing team.. Workaholic, very motivated, fun colleagues..
Perks: Employees have the option to work from home.. You get a lot of paid time-offs (PTO) each year..

    Cons

Awesome customers, impossible deadlines, did I already say really really really really really really really nice, sane, and rational clients?

    Advice to Management

Choose customers wisely.. Focus on winning enterprise customers.. Avoid small business customers as they tend to stress everybody out with their demands

    very nice and funny coworkers
    great prospects for growth

    Cons

Situations can get a little stressful than normal usually, but people tend to work together towards the end goal of resolving complex problems, then rumor has it that there were too many bad hires before

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people with ethics

    4) Great place to start your cloud computing career

    Cons

A loser Call Center Rep got hired as a Project Manager and got to work from home, but made things worst... Totally unfair....

    Advice to Management

Improve your hiring process.... Don't hire people just because they're friends with the Director of Services....

    Pros

Fairly laid back atmosphere when not psychotic.

    Cons

Senior management attempts to use staff members to make up for their lack of capability. Over committing and 'great ideas' gets them into trouble. Senior management is quick to point fingers at employees to cover for their own inability to operate effectively.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example. You can't be laid back and cool one moment and then psychotic the next. Establish a comfortable middle ground and start to take responsibility for your mistakes.

    Pros

The company is in a good space with good opportunities, if they can learn how to leverage this, they could do well.

    Cons

There are only 6 people in services, not 30, like they advertise.
Micro management instead of pro active leadership
novice hires without the experience to contribute to a team
Turn over turn over turrn over... over 25 people left company within one year; This is high turn over when there are only 10 people in the entire company.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone to manage that has a plan and can execute it without getting derailed my the owner.

    Pros

You can work at home if you beg enough.

    Cons

    Management is delusional.

    The company has zero direction

Below average pay for the work being asked to accomplish.

Sales staff is allowed to bring their dog into work, which is highly unprofessional. Sales staff is also rude and abusive to other employees, and insults employees.

Impossible deadlines to meet, sales and management over-promise and then blame the team when they can't deliver.

CEO is a coward that hides behind his desk when customers come looking for an explanation as to why their project has taken 2 years to complete. CEO pushes his responsibility off on project managers.

    Advice to Management

Stop making promises you can't deliver and then pushing the customers that want an answer for your lies on your new staff to deal with. Stop letting people bring their pets to work, and get rid of certain salespeople that verbally abuse your employees and take no responsibility for their own actions. Also, PAY your employees for the work that they do, especially when they can go elsewhere for more pay and less confusion.

    Pros

    Actual Salesforce Series-B company
Friendly environment for dog lovers and Prop 215 card carriers
Well-intentioned service organization wants to please customers and tends to when management allows.

    Cons

Disorganized, dishonest management that turns Salesforce implementations into a Salesfarce
Well-meaning staff thrown under the bus when sales overstates their capabilities and then leaves them to twist in the wind. Management makes arbitrary decisions that do not follow best practices for Salesforce, services or business administration.

Management verbally abuses staff in front of other employees, brings their animals to work to defecate in customer-facing areas, does not supply necessary computers or tools necessary for best practices and cuts corners wherever possible. As a result, they're putting out fires all day long - it leaves them very little time for actual quality work.

It is rumored, but not known, that many of their projects were poorly planned or scoped to begin with leading to projects that are over budget and behind timelines. Rather than accepting responsibility for this, the C-Level Exec team shifted blame to services for being unable to spin straw into gold.

    Advice to Management

You guys are a trainwreck and you made a lot of employees and clients miserable in the process. My suggestion is to focus on getting clean and sober and sell the company to a more stable partner. You need help.
