Low salary. Absolutely no regard for its employees who have committed half their lives with the company.

Advice to Senior Management

When selecting leaders consider skill set and not personal friendships. The company is reorganizing and needs a leader who is able to walk its senior management through concrete changes. A senior manager is needed at the top to lead the troops.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the employees. Positively recognize good work. Create a better atmosphere for employee moral. Address issues with thoroughly instead of just putting a band-aid over it.

Pros

The connections and networking opportunities available in major bay area corporations.

Cons

Micro-management, lack of organization, lack of communication, inability to think outside the box, leadership lacks ingenuity, creativity & innovation, fears risk takers, hires under false pretenses (leads you to believe you'll make a flat percentage off of overall sales, however the reality is its a percentage of a percentage)

Advice to Senior Management

COMMUNICATE; take a chance/risk on a new idea, concept, method; numbers speak for themselves; listen to your employees needs to help them produce results
