    Art Department management of multiple offices, demanding time management and detailed work.

    ProsAbility to organize and finalize projects for multiple outlets / design platforms. Ease of management allowed individuals to create / promote / and prosper ideas from creation to evaluation with the rest of the Art Department designers.

    ConsAbility to funnel all Art Department work into a single organized location. Meaning, different offices would send assignments to different Emails, disrupting work-flow. Issue was resolved through Management and H.R. after an Art Department team meeting.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAppreciated their time and commitment to employees.

    Great way to get your feet wet, but run the risk of being stuck in that job.

    Agent (Former Employee)

    Pros- Great way to learn the industry from long-time leaders
    - Company is willing to teach and take a chance on young employees and mentor them.

    Cons- Too much of the company is being run by young adults and there needs to be some leadership with experience.
    - Some leadership is too full of themselves to even care about company growth, only personal advancement.

    Advice to Senior Management- Don't put all your eggs in one basket and listen to your employees knowledge on clients, markets, and talent.
