The company car and involement with citywide marketing promotions.

No opportunity for career advancement. Limited amount of minority employees. Regional management does not support educational advancement.

Training for new employees is solid, the culture and relationships built are often strong, and the current progress as compared to other US automakers is very promising.

Being a large company, it is easy to become a 'cog in the machine,' if one doesn't outwardly pursue their own career development.

Management has been doing a superb job of keeping quality very high, as well as marketing our products, it is middle management that needs work. Reward less for time spent in a position, more on the quality of work done.

The health benefits are one of e best in the nation. The new line of auto are among the best in e world.

The workers and management are never on the same page. Workers moral is at an all time low. Some jobs in the plant can ruin your career.

Listen to employees, just don't look at the bottom line. The didn't take government loans, but if they would have listen to employees in the first place they would have been in a better place.

Don't repeat the mistakes of past management--Don't let profits lead to over spending on non-essential non-auto related business. Stick to the core business.
