I worked at Forest Labs full-time

    Pros

Some of the main pros were good pay, stock options, great benefits, smart and talented colleagues and it used to be located in the heart of Manhattan.

    Cons

The structure could be very hierarchical and the headquarters were in Manhattan which was not for everyone. Now they are in Jersey City, New Jersey.

    Advice to Management

Advice to management is to make sure that talented employees are recognized and rewarded for their talent and not overlooked in the busy culture that it is.

I worked at Forest Labs full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great products, great partners, great real estate.

    Cons

Lack of transparency and new management destroyed the company at the expense of hard working employees in order to add eight figures to a few coffers. Lack of diversity and females in senior management.

    Advice to Management

Current CEO is a corporate raider and cannot effectively run a pharmaceuticals company. His strategy is acquisition and/or sale.
