I worked at Forever 21 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You get to see the new merchandise before everyone else. Being a visual was fun, window displays and launches.. Floor sets etc are always Awesome when you work with the right people. Great to meet new people and interact with customers. Easy to move up from a sales associate if you're good at your job.

    Cons

Managers stressing you out all the time. Bad organization and time management between managers. People aren't properly trained so all your visual work ends up being a waste because you have to go back and fix the store 100x. No one knows how to put clothes away properly. Not worth the low pay. Not worth working for the company unless you are a store manager or corporate.

    Advice to Management

Stop bullying and picking favorites. Stop the gossiping and letting your good employees quit. Have proper training to new sales associates. Stick to the rules and enforce them. Follow the company guidelines the right way. Stop stealing company time and punishing your associates when manager do it everyday. Actually give your associates acknowledgement when they do good stuff, make them feel good about themselves and give them their annual raises on time.
