I worked at Forever 21 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You're never bored! There is always so much to do. Get to see all the new trends. Constantly new product. Work with some fun fashionable people.

    Cons

Lack of communication between the many managers. Really low pay for a lot of hard work. So much product! Sales associates were difficult to train because they didn't get paid enough to care.

I worked at Forever 21 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits were pretty good and getting paid overtime was a plus, although I was recently told they are making people leave work early on Friday's to help cut the hours. Vendor experience and access to the massive F21 market is a huge opportunity. Seeing product I helped develop/select in stores, online, Instagram etc did feel quite rewarding.

    Cons

Getting an approval was based on the current mood of upper management. You are also at her beck and call every minute of the day, so have fun trying to schedule a phone interview. This company loves to micro manage everything, for example; -You must scan your finger print to get into the building and again to clock in. If you are late this is red flagged in the system and your manager can "write you up" making you ineligible of upcoming bonuses. -If you are a non exempt employee lunch periods are timed and should not last more than 45 minutes. -My department was once told to be careful using the internet due to upper management monitoring our web browsing Parking is located in an underground garage almost half a mile away. On average it takes 5 minutes to walk to your car (not using the golf cart shuttle that holds 4 people total) and another 15 to get out of the traffic jammed parking lot.

    Pros

Discount on merchandise Located in the mall

    Cons

Closing shift really meant until the store was clean and all clothes put back on the shelves from the fitting room. So you didn't necessarily leave at 11P Discount only 10%
