“Working for an independent is soooo much better than the corporate atmosphere!”
I have been working at Fort Bend Southwest Star Newspaper full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lots of freedom to try new things. We can adjust with the market - don't have to have meetings to schedule meetings to discuss having a meeting to try something!!
Cons – The only thing is the benefits could be more employee friendly.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
