    Pros

There aren't any pros. Insurance sucks, poor administration, and employees stay in over draft.

    Cons

There are to many to list. If being under the instructions of un-professionals is your dream, then this is the job for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't get me started. Basically, just come to work and kiss up to your boss and be promoted.

    Pros

Fsnb is a good start off job if your looking to work in the fianancial institution. They have you learn every possible position possible.

    Cons

It is a small bank so advancement is kind of tough. It really depends on if Mgmt feels you are capable of handling a situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some managers at fsnb you have to question where the hell they graduated from. Some of them are very incompetent.
