I have been working at Fort Sill National Bank full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Has good opportunities to move up and yearly pay increases up to 5%.

    Cons

Sometimes management can be a bit lacking whilst they rely too heavily on home office for everything.

    Pros

None unless you are your supervisors pet

    Cons

Everything. People stab you in the back. There is a lot of gossiping. Major favoritism, letting certain people get away with EVERYTHING! Upper management not blinking an eye because the person under them "can do no wrong"! Team leaders and supervisors will throw you under the bus to save themselves

    Advice to Management

Open your eyes to what is going on. Just because you are in a management position, doesn't mean you are all that!!!!!!

    Pros

steady hours, some great people to work with, lots of training.

    Cons

lots of favoritism! You really have to get in good with the supervisors in addition to working hard in order to move up.

    Advice to Management

I think management should be checked more. There is a lot of micromanaging that is unecessary, we are all adults. A little freedom and appreciation goes a long way, and employees need to feel as though ALL management has their back.

I worked at Fort Sill National Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There aren't any pros. Insurance sucks, poor administration, and employees stay in over draft.

    Cons

There are to many to list. If being under the instructions of un-professionals is your dream, then this is the job for you.

    Advice to Management

Don't get me started. Basically, just come to work and kiss up to your boss and be promoted.

Combined job desciption and duties that will allow you to gain great experience in banking.

Everyone in the TN branches start out at the same pay rate and title. You have to prove yourself and earn promotions for more than the set average pay increase.
