    Cannot grow quickly

Software Engineer IV (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsJob stability is good if one is ready to work for long for less pay and additional benefit if you are from china.

ConsToo much work without any proper understanding or requirements, quick fixing of work all the time, Chinese dominance, not many opportunities for growth unless you are of chinese descent, and pay is not great for the amount of work one does.

    Strict and result-oriented

QA Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsThe good thing is that the company is profitable. Everyone works hard and the result shows. Also management held meetings to let everyone know how business is going.

ConsBiggest problem for me was that I felt out of place since I'm not Chinese. Everyone worked hard, but it was hard to tell whether they really liked being there.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake the company a more desirable place to work.

Great technology in a well paying company

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

    ProsYou learn a lot technically
Very diverse and intelligent customer base
    Great products
Non-executive employees are helpful and nice

    ConsNo work/life balance
No appreciation from execs for the long hours and hard work of employees
Upper Management is very cheap - the smallest items are questioned on expense reports. There is very little money for employee development.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour people make your products, value them.

The good and the bad. No uglies.

Software Developer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA

ProsCutting edge technology. Lot of progress seen in teams, so a sense of optimism exists.

ConsVery bureaucratic. Hard to get resources. Lower management style is stifling.

Advice to Senior ManagementThis is for managers and not necessarily senior management.
It is better to see the performance of an employee rather than see if he/she reads a newspaper or works from home sometimes. Sick days should be included so people dont come to work with illnesses making the rest of the team sick.
