    I worked at Fortis Bank

    Pros

Flexible management. Open to new ideas in the past.

    Cons

Silod and structural difficulties from their merger legacy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The businesses of Fortis are now split between BNP Paribas and ABN Amro, but the personnel which was originally "Fortis" is resilient and has largely survived /stayed in place - especially in Belgium. This is a testament to the loyalty and quality of the Fortis employees - particularly in global markets.
