A Principle-Based Company. You don't see those much any more.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Atlanta, GA

ProsThe company is really managed by its business principles.
Good communication for a company with lots of remote employees.
Respectful culture, supportive of each other.
People honestly try to do what's right for the client.

ConsThe company has a culture of overworking - often people in the office til 7pm, weekend emails, etc.
Not impressed with new employee interviewing process. Need to ask tougher questions.
Expected to share hotel rooms at employee meetings.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep emphasizing principles and values.

A challenging, growing company that strives to treat clients and associates with respect.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsLeadership has multiple ears to the associates, constantly looking for feedback to improve upon the company experience.
Constantly looking to do the right thing for the client, permeates from Associate level up to Leadership.

ConsA growing company with growing pains, currently searching for it's identity as a global company. Trying to tie the cultures together globally and domestically is a challenge.
Beginning to hit the mark where you lose the small company feel and relationships.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe practice what you preach attitude must be shared by all management directors and VPs.

    Pleased

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsEasy to get with work flow, very nice staff, and good managment. The biggest pro to this place is the open style environment with no large communication issues

ConsPay! ... the other aspect to this is that there is not enough staff to cover the amount of work, very poor internal communication within each team working on a project.

Advice to Senior ManagementFigure out a game plan for a project, and stick to it, get more information from the client so that you do not see the same problems occuring each time there is a new project at hand.

Solid company could be a lot more effective with truly dedicated employees.

    Account Executive (Current Employee)

ProsAutonomy and trust in your willingness to do the job right. Good reputation in the marketplace. Small company with good name.

ConsPoor communication among disparate offices. Operations types need to be managed, rather than their being proactive. Many people don't know what they don't know, and won't take the initiative to learn more.

Advice to Senior ManagementRecognize that your people are people and need to be managed as such. Senior Managers should be leaders.
