ProsFET is a growing company , my coworkers are wonderful people to work with. Seems like there going to be more opportunity. I feel stable in my career not to many lay off .

ConsGrowing way to fast to many new companies, NO BONUSES ????

Advice to Senior ManagementTake care of the employee you have give bonuses not just top executives we all work hard for the company - Please slow down and focus on perfecting the companies by making sure everyone knows what to do where the company is going. Also assist with organizing departments and employee roles.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

ProsCan get a lot of good experiences. Fast and dynamic working environment. Flexible hours. Good training.

Consheavy politics at work; does not have a unified infrastructure between different product lines; top management gets too busy does not judge people on achievements but instead on how hard they laugh on his jokes. Crowed office space. No overtime pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome of the managers don't know what they are doing. Hire the right person with competent technical skills not just how well they talk.

ProsSome real pros working in leadership positions and in operations scattered across the company. My supervisor was exceptional and more than fair.

ConsSo many organizational changes resulted from blending 10+ acquisitions, the atmosphere could be chaotic, even more so with the market downturn and layoffs. Communication across the organization was sketchy and sporadic. This was especially so in engineering and support roles.

Advice to Senior ManagementEven in a difficult business environment, perhaps especially in a difficult environment, keep the troops posted on how we're doing, how the entire company is doing and what direction we're taking to improve results.

ProsBenefits are standard. The work is challenging at times. Time off is granted without need for justification (unless you are a shop/warehouse employee).

ConsOverall, managers are uneducated and inexperienced. The company lacks basic values such as integrity and honesty. There is no cooperation between departments, resulting in a drastic lack of team-work and unhappy customers. No corporate culture, values, or standards of behavior. Employee's actions seemed to stem out of the "every man for himself" perspective.
