Pros – Cool coworkers, very fun people to work around, love the customers..most of the time lol
Cons – TERRIBLE hours, you'll get like 12 hours a week unless you're a supervisor or a manager, in which case you work as much as you want to. Some customers are a little grumpy for no good reason, as to be expected in a job dealing with customer service. Company is slowly dying and isn't really a major corporate chain, so you definitely don't be getting good hours or pay, no room to move up in the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Expand to different locations, try not to have the stores owned by so many different people and try to give more opportunities for advancement.

Pros – Fun place to work with very flexible scheduling. The work is easy to learn but there is always something to keep yourself occupied with.
Cons – Family owned, very lax about following through with plans for employees. Organizational/structural/functional changes constantly, hard to keep up with consistently.
Advice to Senior Management – Scheduled performance reviews! Some sort of timeline for employees to advance.
