    Pros

    Great product benefits
    If you get the right project, great opportunities

    Cons

    Overly political for it's size
    Same levels of justification required for small and large spends
    "Immature" environment around governance, IT, risk, etc

    Advice to Senior Management

    Don't believe everything your reports tell you. There is more managing upwards than downwards happening in various parts of the business.
