    Pros

Huge corporation with good, established process. Hardworking and mostly friendly people from a diverse background. Fast growth opportunity due to high turnover.

    Cons

Low pay and focused on cost saving on employees. Quite a bureaucratic organization and slow to implement changes. Personal connections is influential in the office.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your strategy to hire newly graduated foreign students who seek sponsorship, with minimum pay, has worked pretty well, but a stable and satisfied workforce will be more beneficial in the long run.
