    Good place for getting experience. Learn a lot.

    Cons

    No benefits to bad benefits. Many stayed more than 10 years are still temp employees.

    No good reason to work at this company. They do not understand how US laws work in terms of personnel and HR issues.

    Cons

    Treat employees like slaves. Childish management. Company rules by foreign managers with a very different work/life ethic..

    only count on it's CEO and couple GM
    grow too fast to cause the non-professional top management structure
