    easy for to access for going in and going inside at the company.

    very cold in the production area thats why you have to endure the negative nine degre centegrate.

    I worked at Frabelle Market full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Initially they will pirate you , they will give all your demands.

    Cons

    They lack the standard hiring process and no check and balance as to employee performance. Human resource standards is primarily their weakness. It's not that the management lacks the knowledge but failure to look at the corporate environment of branded consumer goods since they are primarily a fishing company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn the trade standard so that if they pirate the best people they believe they can pay and hire, they should also look at the loyalty advantage as people there mostly function on what they can get rather than what they can give the company and it's people and they should follow the law set by the government and consider continuous learning and training especially for loyal employees.
