    The beginning was strong, the middle was okay, and the end...well, here

    ProsGreat benefits, including time off, private healthcare (big for Europe), access to latest mobile devices and global travel.

    Cons1. Limited career growth beyond Director - old boys club revolving around top French schools (under grad)
    2. Language can be a barrier sometimes - English/French

    Advice to Senior ManagementDefensive posturing will only get you so far. You have to innovate - the ROI is great and you will find top talent recruiting for you rather than wanting to leave.

    ProsGood pay, decent bonus structure, generous perks, overtime opportunities, team culture, generous holiday allowance, flexible working hours, generally good management.

    Conslack of prospects, strong presence of female based cliques making it difficult to fit in, supervisors often part of cliques leading to favourable treatment, somewhat harsh absence management.
